Punt Legacy is a horse racing analytics platform operated by Daniel Samus, Australia. We provide data-driven insights, ratings, and educational tools for horse racing enthusiasts.

Important: Punt Legacy provides analytics and educational insights only. We do not operate any gambling services, accept bets, or facilitate wagering of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using Punt Legacy, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally permitted to access such content in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of Our Service

Punt Legacy provides:

AI-powered prediction tools
Speed ratings and form analysis

Our service is for informational and educational purposes only. Any decisions you make based on our analysis are entirely your own responsibility.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of our predictions or the profitability of any strategy.

Horse racing outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance data and historical results do not guarantee future outcomes. Our analytics are tools to assist your own research, not financial advice.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Punt Legacy, you agree to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not share your account credentials with others
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our services
Accept full responsibility for any wagering decisions you make
Gamble responsibly if you choose to place bets with licensed bookmakers

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (weekly, monthly, or other intervals as displayed at checkout). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to premium content and services for that period. 7. Punt Legacy Edge (browser extension)

Punt Legacy Edge is an optional browser extension available to eligible subscribers. It reads publicly available bookmaker and Betfair Exchange odds on pages you visit, and displays your own AI predictions from your Punt Legacy account. Your use of it is subject to these terms and the following:

It is an information tool only. Edge does not place bets, move money, or store your bookmaker passwords. Every betting decision is your own.
No guarantee of profit. Expected-value figures and AI predictions are estimates based on available data. Betting involves risk and variance; past results do not guarantee future returns, and you may lose money.
Bookmakers may limit or close your accounts. Bookmakers routinely restrict or close accounts of customers they consider unprofitable ("gubbing"). This is at the bookmaker's sole discretion and outside our control. We accept no responsibility for any bookmaker's decision to limit, suspend, or close your account.
We are not affiliated with any bookmaker. Bookmaker and Betfair names are used for identification only. You are responsible for reading and complying with each bookmaker's own terms and conditions.
Licence, not ownership. Your access to Edge is a personal, non-transferable licence tied to your eligible subscription. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the extension or its code. Access ends if your eligible subscription ends.
Availability. Edge relies on third-party websites and data sources that may change without notice; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy.

Edge subscriptions are covered by the same non-refundable terms as all other subscriptions (see Subscriptions & Refunds above).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Punt Legacy, including analysis, ratings, predictions, and educational materials, is owned by Punt Legacy and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punt Legacy and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use our services
Any decisions made based on our analysis or predictions
Any financial losses from wagering activities
Service interruptions or technical issues

10. Responsible Gambling

If you choose to place bets with licensed bookmakers based on your own decisions, please do so responsibly:

Set a budget and stick to it
Never bet more than you can afford to lose
Use deposit limits with your bookmaker
Take breaks and don't chase losses
